Job Description :
Under the general direction of Site Support Team Leader, this position is directly accountable for development, maintenance & improvement of the site safety, health, loss prevention, industrial hygiene, environmental & risk management compliance programs, systems & procedures. Incumbent leads, plans, & directs EHS staff, and manages site EHS department operations including associate development, PET & Project Team improvement processes and initiatives. Maintains current personal awareness of EPA, OSHA, NFPA & other governmental regulations & requirements as well as Corporate Standards and Guidelines. Maintains EHS compliance tracking systems & processes. Representing the site, partners with corporate EHS management or governmental agencies on EHS reporting, regulatory compliance & site initiatives/activities. Participates in site emergency preparedness & response planning activities as Site Crisis Management Team member & leader of the site Emergency Response Team preparedness & activities.
Job Requirements:
Five years demonstrated associate leadership and development experience. Five years demonstrated experience with accountability for area safety, loss prevention and/or environmental responsibilities. Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication, presentation and interpersonal skills at all levels of Company. Ability to negotiate, gain advocacy and hold compliance in the face of adversity. Demonstrated strong technical data analysis, analytical problem solving, risk assessment, judgment & decision making abilities. Demonstrated use of appropriate EHS, CQM and technical problem solving tools. Demonstrated project leadership and management skills to lead or coordinate EHS projects or Project Teams. Experience with Project Management Process. Ability to research, comprehend and apply latest industry or regulatory requirements, regulations, standards, EHS systems and technical designs. Ability to lead emergency situations. Ability to plan for future compliance. Familiar with site facility, utility, manufacturing and packaging equipment and systems design, control and operation. Desired Education: B.S. Engineering, Safety, or related science or technical discipline. Job level will be determined based on skill level/experience of candidate.
PROCESS PHARMACIST (REF #PS-0217)
Job Description :
Your key responsibilities will be to provide technical support and ensure the safety and quality of processes. You will also prepare validation documents (batch records, protocols, reports, qualification protocols and cleaning validation), troubleshoot processing difficulties and resolve batch difficulties. Other duties include identifying, proposing and implementing process or equipment changes that improve efficiency or regulatory compliance.
Job Requirements:
Along with a degree in Engineering, Pharmacy, Chemistry or related science, you have three to five years' pharmaceutical experience. Knowledge of cGMP requirements is required, as are technical writing, organization and time management skills.
