Bilingual Customer Service Representative - 1st and 2nd shift available
1st shift: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Monday through Friday) in the Totowa, NJ office

2nd shift: Tuesday through Friday from 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM and Saturday from 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM (Saturdays are work from home)
OR Monday through Thursday from 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM and Saturday from 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM (Saturdays are work from home)

Summary
Company is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional customer service via email, live chat, and phone to the Company's customer base along with its consumers. The ideal candidate will be reliable, possess a positive attitude, and work well independently.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Handle customer inquiries by email, chat, and phone via Zendesk
  • Process orders, forms, applications, and requests
  • Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resources
  • Manage customer accounts
  • Keep records of and follow up on customer interactions/transactions
  • Record details of inquiries, comments, complaints, and actions taken
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
  • Minimum 1-year customer service experience required; 2-years preferred
  • Bilingual English and Spanish or German (written and verbal)
  • Experience with CRM system, preferably Zendesk
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through
  • Prior customer service experience
  • Prior telephone experience is a plus
  • Prior experience in direct sales / party plan sales a plus
