Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Our team is growing and we are hiring for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative. Must be willing to work Saturdays. Essential duties and responsibilities include the following: Answer incoming calls, notify management of any customer concerns and attempt a resolution, maintain customer satisfaction scores at or above company standards. Professional appearance and strong communication skills. Ability to understand and follow instructions. Must be TEAM-oriented. Must be competent with computer programs (internet, email, word, light use of excel)
