ASA Insurance of Salt Lake City, UT is hiring for an Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our growing team!

Qualifications for the Customer Service Representative:

  • Property & Casualty license is a plus
  • At least 1 year of customer service or client-facing experience is preferred
  • Bilingual in Spanish/English is preferred
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Must be computer literate, tech savvy
  • Works well in a fast paced environment
  • Very strong interpersonal communication skills

Responsibilities for the Customer Service Representative:

  • Effectively manage large amounts of incoming calls
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow-up to ensure resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $32,000.00 - $38,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
