Merchant Industry offers comprehensive services, including credit card processing, dual pricing card processing, cash advance, ISO sales agent programs, industry training, and various equipment solutions such as POS systems, terminals, and virtual gateway equipment.
We are growing rapidly and looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to support our customers and merchants.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle high volume of inbound calls and emails while providing a high level of customer service to merchants, partners, resellers and lenders.
  • Utilize CRM to document actions taken and resolution with customers.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams including Sales, Technical Support, Risk, and Underwriting.Provide support to new and existing merchants including transaction and batch questions, daily deposits, settlement and ACH questions, month end statements, and general customer service questions
  • Process applications, create invoices and track inventory of equipment.
  • Provide information regarding Merchant Industry’s products and services.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • 2+ years’ experience Customer Service experience
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish (verbal and written)
  • Experience providing phone and email customer service
  • Experience within financial services and/or banking preferred
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, experience with CRM a plus
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Passion for customer service and creative problem solving skills

Work Schedule:

  • Monday - Friday availability from 9am-6pm or 10am-7pm required.
  • Rotating Saturdays 10am-4pm (once every 2 months)

This position offers a salary within the range of USD $24.00 to 26.00 per hour, plus a comprehensive benefits package including:
