Role: Customer Service Representative

Location: Brooklyn NY

Duration; 2 + Years Contract

Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients in a professional and courteous manner
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries, orders, and issues
- Conduct data entry and maintain accurate customer records
- Utilize sales techniques to upsell products and services
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish to assist bilingual customers
- Maintain a high level of phone etiquette and professionalism at all times

Skills:
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required
- Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell products and services
- Experience in outbound calling and customer service is preferred
- Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Effective communication skills in both written and verbal formats
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
