PURPOSE OF THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE:

We are looking for customer service-oriented candidates. If you are a great listener with good phone and communication skills, you may be exactly who we need. The Customer Service Representative position is entry level, requiring reading 100% from a script.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE:

• Communicates professionally and appropriately with account holders, co-workers and management, verbal and written.
• Meets required criteria for work schedules and adheres to attendance policies as outlined in the employee handbook
• Follow scripted guidelines
• Document accounts and company forms correctly

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE FOR THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE:

• Previous experience in Customer Service, Call Centers, Sales and/or Telemarketing preferred
• Proven ability and desire to help people
• Excellent listening and negotiation skills with a customer service focus
• Engaging and enthusiastic personality
• Confident, clear, and effective communication style
• Organized, self-driven and goal-oriented
• Keyboard proficiency and computer literacy
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are a plus!
