Join us as a bilingual (English/Spanish) Customer Service Representative . As a member of our call center team, you’ll ensure Roto-Rooter’s customers feel confident and cared for. We’ll do the same for you through generous benefits, continuous training, and career advancement opportunities. This position is at our Arizona Call Center located in Tempe, AZ.

Responsibilities:
What you will be doing:
  • Handle high-volume inbound Spanish and English calls with an emphasis on providing world- class service.
  • Interact with customers while expressing empathy, a sense of urgency and assurance that they called the right company to resolve their plumbing issues.
  • Data entry, including customer contact information and other relevant details concerning their plumbing problems.
Requirements:

What you will need to succeed:

  • Bilingual skills (English/Spanish)
  • Prior call center experience preferred
  • Thrive in a team environment with a strong customer service focus
  • A Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel software programs
  • Self-starter who is organized and thorough with attention to detail
  • This job is a great fit for those with banking, insurance company or medical scheduling call center experience
