Description

We are looking to hire Customer Service Representatives -CSR- Call Center Representative. This is an in office position located in Newark, NJ.

  • Job Description:
  • Provide service and assistance to customers in regard to opening new accounts, assigning tags, processing violation payments, billing, account maintenance, payment processing, and general information
  • Complete and submit all necessary daily paperwork
  • Balance and reconcile at the end of the day
  • Work alternate Saturdays 8:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. shift
  • Work schedule will initially be 10:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. M-F with alternate Saturdays. Must be flexible to work other shifts as needed. Flexibility to work additional hours when required is necessary.

EDUCATION:

High School Diploma is required for this position.

QUALIFICATIONS:

The individual in this position must have prior clerical/ customer service work. Banking /in-person customer service experience a plus.Must have excellent customer service and communication skills, and must be capable of entering data both accurately and efficiently. In addition, they must be computer literate and have good mathematical skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $16.50 per hour
