Responsibilities
- Educate clients on the insurance policies that best suit their needs
- Issue insurance documentation, process customer policy change requests, take payments and update information as needed.
- Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, handle objections, and solve or refer problems.
- Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
- Provide ongoing support to insurance clients as needed.
- Expands/rounds our existing accounts by identifying potential gaps in coverage, recommending, and implementing proper coverage.
Requirements
- Must have a Personal Lines License.
- 1+ years experience in customer service. Insurance experience is a BONUS!
- Insurance experience is not required. Must be willing to learn, coached, and trained.
- Fluent in Spanish and English: Excellent Written/Verbal communication skills
- Basic computer software knowledge
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and build relationships with customers
- Professional phone and office etiquette
