We are currently seeking a Bilingual Strategic Account Customer Service Specialist at our Reading, PA Facility

  • Ensures all customer orders are processed timely and accurately
  • Verifies pricing, product specifications, and lead‐times for all orders
  • Understands raw material lead times and communicates appropriately
  • Works with customers to resolve complaints, and appropriately communicates internally
  • Partners with Accounting, Quality, Warehouse and Transportation on Returns & Customer Complaints
  • Acts as a liaison for all International Spanish Speaking Customers
  • Assists with any customer who has a language barrier and can speak Spanish.
  • Effectively communicates customer needs to all necessary functions and assists in addressing and solving customer issues (i.e., Quality, Supply Chain, Engineering, etc.)

  • High School Diploma required. Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 5 – 10 years of experience in customer service
  • Experience within a manufacturing environment preferred
  • Microsoft Office computer skills are required
  • CRM & ERP experience preferred
