Job Overview:
The nation’s largest in-school dental program is looking for Bilingual Spanish/English Call Center Agents responsible for a variety of tasks including; inbound/outbound calls, answering customer’s questions, verifying account information, processing payments, and contacting patient’s guardians to resolve account issues so that students can receive in-school dental care. For almost 20 years, Smile America Partners has been changing lives, one small smile at a time. We need your help to reach many more children in need.

Job Title Responsibilities:

• Enroll children in the in-school dental program
• Data entry information in web based program
• Insurance Verification

Our teams enjoy:

• Full time 40 Hours
• AM and PM Shifts Call Center Hours of Operation 6:00am to 7:00pm
• $15.00 /Hour Base pay + Monthly Commission (hourly pay + Commission)
