Description

BLS International, one of the world’s largest outsourcing and technology s*ervices specialist for governments and diplomatic missions worldwide, is currently hiring Submission Officer and Quality Check Officer in Application Center in New York City. The office will specialize in offering services to visa applicants, as well as accepting their visa applications and collecting their biometric enrollment data on behalf of partnering government.*

Job Responsibilities:-

  • Client facing – answering queries, advising applicants, managing disputes
  • Collection of visa applications & document scrutiny for visa processing, attestation & legalization services
  • Ensures quality checking documents before submissions
  • Biometrics capture (Photo & Fingerprints)
  • Cash collection & POS entry
  • Data Entry with 100% Accuracy - complete the application life cycle in system
  • Admin duties: photocopying/scanning/filing/inventory
  • Complete the delivery of passport to applicant via courier or pick-up
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Direct responsibility for team's profitability and achieving targets (EBIT) set by the Country/Region
  • Handle customer/applicant escalations through email, and telephone
  • Work towards adherence to all SOP's
  • Ensure that work is aligned & contributes towards the achievement of parameters enlisted in The Team Objective Tracker
  • Responsible for implementation of process enhancements to improve the quality & efficiency of the team
  • Facilitate & encourage the team to share Innovative Ideas and encourages sharing of Best Practices

Required Experience & Qualifications: -

  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Minimum Education: Associates Degree or Bachelors
  • Computer savvy with working experience of Microsoft Office
  • Hands on experience in updating/creating reports
  • High level of attention to detail under stringent timelines
  • Flexible with work hours (Day shift only)
  • Must be willing to produce background verification check upon hire

Pay: $19.00 per hour
