Responsibilities:

  • Marketing and Sales - Make our company known, sell our product and get prospects in influence of the branch.
  • Exceptional customer service - actively and genuinely listen to our customers’ needs.
  • Loan processes - specific knowledge about lending products and financing, also Credit history analysis.
  • Collection activities – monitor accounts to identify outstanding debts, take actions to encourage timely debt payments, and update account status and collection efforts. Process payments and cash register balancing.


Qualifications:

  • Passionate for Sales (computer, numeric and excellent customer service skills).
  • Superior verbal and written skills in English and Spanish are a must.
  • High integrity, responsiveness, professionalism, work under pressure, positive attitude and ability to adapt to changes.
  • Over one year of full-time, work experience: Sales experience (e.g. positions with sales goals).
  • Valid driver's license.
