Description

Healthcare technology company is seeking an organized, reliable and energetic individual who is bilingual English/Spanish to join our team. This is a full time position primarily making outbound calls to customers . The position involves a high volume of calls and the successful candidate should be comfortable talking with customers on the phone (inbound and outbound calls), possess an understanding of Medicaid eligibility and Managed Long Term Care plans, and demonstrate an ability to navigate the company's database as well as insurance company portals. Prior customer service experience and familiarity with Medicaid/insurance a plus!

We are seeking a detail oriented individual with excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, familiarity with Excel and the ability to work as part of a team. Very positive work environment.
