Performs varying degrees of clerical functions, from intermediate to fairly sophisticated, which require typing skills and the use of office equipment, personal computers, and business software systems. Customer interaction requires extensive use of customer service skills and a significant degree of decision-making authority. Employees in the classification work in the following areas:
  • Call Center
  • Commercial Office Support
  • Customer and Field Operations
  • Customer Credit and Billing
  • PBX
  • Material Management


Essential Education, Skills and Environment

Education and Work Experience


  • High school diploma (or GED) and 2 years of customer service experience.
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish.

Prefer minimum of 1 year of call center experience.

Specialized Knowledge and Skills

Minimum typing speed of 25 words per minute.

Equipment and Applications

PCs, word processing, spreadsheet and database software.

Work Environment and Physical Demands

General office environment, no special physical demands required.

Contact Center hours of operation are 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, including Saturdays and Sundays. This position requires employees to be flexible to work any shift.

May require mandatory overtime.


$19.78 to $26.61 per hour. Potential Safety Bonus 2%. The company reserves the right to determine the number of positions awarded for this requisition.
