Customer Service Representative - Part Time Bilingual Required

Farmers Insurance of Solano County, CA is seeking a passionate, self-driven, natural-born salesperson with a desire to make a difference in people's lives. As a Licensed Insurance Sales Representative, you will be part of a team that is helping to grow the revenue of the office by offering products that people need for their security and peace of mind. Our newest Licensed Insurance Sales Representative will pursue and respond to the requests and needs of prospects and current clients who need insurance. As a Licensed Insurance Sales Representative, you will be trained to act as a consultant for businesses and families, evaluating needs and recommending the most appropriate means of meeting those needs.

Salary Range: $17.00 - $19.00 per year

• Help customers service their insurance policies through exciting life events
• Ensure customers have the right level of coverage while identifying and resolving customer conflicts
• Makes sales as needed to drive revenue
• Engage in a robust sales with sales coaches and mentors to drive new business
• Develop and maintain marketing programs
• Process customer policy change requests
• Immediately greet all customers, entering the office, in a friendly and helpful manner
• Take premium payments from customers
• Maintain knowledge of new products

• Property & Casualty and Life & Health License preferred
• At least 2 years of sales or client-facing experience is highly preferred
• Insurance experience is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be Bilingual in Spanish
• Strong attention to detail with time management
• Solid computer, grammar and multi-tasking skills
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written
• Ability to tactfully handle stressful and difficult situations
• Be capable of handling customer rejection
