Customer Service Representative - Sacramento, CA.

Compensation: $16-$20 per hour

Overview: Nexus HR is looking for a Customer Service Representative, for a reputable client in the Sacramento area. The ideal candidate must have a year of experience in customer service and a year of experience in customer service in healthcare.

About the Job

The job is for a client and it is located in Sacramento. The Customer Service Representative will serve as a point of contact, offer details about products and services, respond to inquiries and effectively address any new issues that may arise. At every stage of the process, they give priority to the demands of the customers and offer solutions that are tailored to every circumstance.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manning the phone lines; answering calls from clients/customers.
  • Making outbound calls, as assigned
  • Tracking all calls (inbound and outbound) through the CRM
  • Data entry related to the department and company needs
  • Provide timely and appropriate information to the caller
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure resolution of customer inquiry
  • Provide excellent customer service for the caller
  • Ensure all tasks are performed within the policies and procedures, as well as guidelines of the health plan
  • All other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service; working phone lines
  • At least 1 year of experience in healthcare customer service
  • Excellent telephone etiquette
  • Proficient oral and written communication skills
  • Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills
  • Specific behaviors
  • Spanish bilingual is highly preferred
  • Preferably located in Sacramento, CA.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
