Dynamic SLR, a professional solar management firm, seeks a qualified and enthusiastic team member for the Customer Service Representative role. As a Customer Service Representative, you will help provide customers with information and solutions to problems that they may have and ensure full customer satisfaction. Responsibilities for a Customer Service Representative:

  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Handle high-volume communication professionally through multiple platforms such as phone, email, and group chats
  • Handle cancelation and retention process
  • Be knowledgeable of all stages and technical aspects of a solar project and help troubleshoot service-related issues
  • Be knowledgeable of installation agreements and be able to relay key information to the customer and other stakeholders
  • Identify and resolve any potential needs the customer may have by educating them on services, warranties, and financial incentives
  • Reading and interpreting technical documents and communicating information to customers and/or appropriate departments
  • May perform other job duties as assigned


Requirements for a Customer Service Representative:

  • Strong competence in written and verbal communications
  • Strong customer service skills and excellent phone voice
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Critical thinking to problem solve challenges faced by clients and customers
  • Ability to manage time well and prioritize effectively


Qualifications for a Customer Service Representative:

  • Background in customer service or related education
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish)

  • $18-$20 per hour (paycheck every Friday)
