Job Details:

Full-time or part-time "work from home" position in the Puget Sound area following initial, and possible periodic, onsite training in Bothell, Washington.

HealthForce Partners is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team!

At HealthForce, we help employers build and maintain a healthy workforce. We deliver health information, expert advice and professional services where and when employers need them to reduce costs and improve productivity. As a Customer Service Representative at Healthforce Partners, you’ll work collaboratively with our Concierge Support Team to assist workers completing pre-placement and/or government agency driven workplace regulations. You will work primarily inside our proprietary cloud-based information management system.

You will be responsible for:

  • upholding service level promises,
  • conducting medical interviews,
  • scheduling examinations,
  • coordinating receipt of medical documentation,
  • supporting in preparation for provider review, and
  • reporting feedback for improvement

Your education, experience and skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
  • Must be fluent in Spanish and English
  • 1+ year call center experience, managing large amounts of inbound calls strongly preferred
  • Medical office experience, excellent medical terminology skills
  • Outstanding customer service oriented, sense of urgency, and a high level of personal integrity
  • Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build and cultivate relationships with your team, internal business partners, and our customers
  • Strong customer focus, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment where change and ambiguity are the norm
  • Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and priorities concurrently
  • Technical savviness and the ability to learn systems quickly
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite
  • Ability to problem solve, think quickly and multi-task
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and a stickler for attention to detail
  • At ease on the phone with both outbound and incoming calls

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
