Insurance Bilingual Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a talented Insurance Professional to add to our customer service team! Delivering an effortless customer experience is a critical component of this agency!

Although this is a service position, everyone on the team directly contributes to and supports the sales goals of the agency to meet short-term and long-term growth goals. This includes uncovering opportunities while handling inbound service transactions and reviewing and recommending insurance coverage options to our current customers.

Responsibilities

• Establish a positive working relationship with policyholders who expect to receive top-notch service.
• Provide "above and beyond" customer experience by being knowledgeable and professional about insurance products and services offered.
• Assist customers with various insurance policies (auto, home, landlord, umbrella, life, and more).
• Provide timely service with billing, endorsements, claims, document requests, and more.
• Establish and organize follow-up schedules when necessary

Requirements

• A can-do attitude and ability to be self-directed
• Exceptional organizational skills
• Ability to handle an extremely high volume of inbound calls
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Prior insurance experience -preferred
• Bilingual in English and Spanish-preferred
• Prior customer service experience-REQUIRED
• Licenses for General Lines P&C is required and can be obtained during the recruiting process
