Summary:
Serves as a product specialist and service liaison, providing best in class service to assist customers with solutions that best fit their needs while addressing any emerging customer concerns with accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications:
COMMUNICATION SKILLS: Must be able to speak Spanish fluently. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required. Must be able handle customer concerns diplomatically with a business mindset.
COMPUTER SKILLS: Microsoft Office, particularly MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, MS Outlook and Internet Explorer. Ability to use or learn Epicor ERP, Goldmine CRM, and QuoteWerks systems a plus.
