Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) Responsibilities and Duties

  • You will be required to travel to the homes of clients and provide one on one therapy, following the ABA program set up by a Board-certified behavioral analyst (“BCBA”).
  • You must make yourself available for supervision, phone conferences and team meetings deemed necessary by your supporting BCBA.
  • You must have a vehicle to commute from each location and be prompt to every appointment
  • All data from each session should be collected and entered electronically daily (we provide training on our electronic systems)

Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience: 1 year as an ABA Therapist or 2 years working with children (Required)
  • Possess a minimum of a high school diploma or a national equivalent.
  • Great writing and verbal communication

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $28.00 per hour
