Bilingual LPN

AVV Health Centers is seeking a dynamic, energetic, self-starter Bilingual LPN.

The successful candidate will provide support services including assisting providers with patient examinations, procedures, treatment, and care coordination in facilitating the effective delivery of patient care and patient satisfaction.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Performs routine intake procedures by obtaining and recording patient medical histories, vitals, and patient symptoms/complaints.
• Assists providers during clinical exams, office procedures, and other patient care.
• Administers injections, immunizations, and lab draw/procedures.
• Prepares and instructs patients about medication and/or post-treatment care.
• Assumes the role of advocate to ensure health needs are met including responding to patient phone messages and requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Documents all provider orders, nursing actions, and interventions on patients' records consistent with health center guidelines.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• LPN
• Two to three years of experience in a medical setting is preferred
• Firm understanding of patient care, medical terminology, and coding procedures
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and customer service skills

Schedule: Full-Time Monday - Friday
