Work Hours:

Day Shift

Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with department managers and HR to arrange schedules for nursing services and HHA training programs.

Continuously monitor, assess, and provide reports on staff training and development initiatives.

Develop, coordinate, and conduct all Home Health Aide (HHA) in-service training programs in accordance with the standards set by the Department of Health (DOH) and the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO).

Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited professional nursing school.

A bachelor's degree in nursing or a related field in health or human services is preferred.

Two years of experience in the field of home care or an equivalent setting.

Holds a valid RN license in the state of New York.

Proficiency in the Spanish language is required.
