High Rate LVN 1:1 Care. Spanish Speaking

Monday to Friday from 8:30 am- 2:30 pm and Saturday 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm.

Envision Home Health Agency is a Home Health that is contracted with SCLARC Regional center to provide both full time and part time positions to our mutual patients within the home.

Schedule:

Schedules are determined on an individual case by case basis that can widely vary to accommodate the hours you are looking for.

We are capable of either providing a new and full-time position for our nurses as well as accommodate nurses who are looking to keep their current positions with their employers, but also interested in part time cases.

Shifts are open 24 hours / 7 days a week, including but not limited to 4 hour shifts up to 12 hour shifts.

You will have the opportunity to meet with your patient and discuss the schedules you are seeking before committing to any case.

All cases are done within the patient's home in which you are responsible for a sole patient for 1:1 Care, for any combination of the following.

General care:

• G tube feedings. (
• Work accurately in accordance to the Plan of Care provided by RN.
• Administer medication as needed.
• Notify of any abnormal findings.
• Keep patient safe in the home environment.
• Assist with ADLs.

No prior experience is necessary as we are willing to provide training to competent nurses, and will work to assign you to the case that is most fitting based upon your experience.

Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
