LVN Home Health- Spanish Speaking

We are seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse to join our team of patient advocates. The Licensed Vocational Nurse will be responsible for providing skilled nursing and wound care in a home care setting, primarily for the elderly and people with disabilities. The Licensed Vocational Nurse should have a desire to work in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate advanced clinical knowledge and support the home health team to ensure patients receive the best care possible.

Responsibilities:

• Apply dressing to wound.
• Monitor the condition of patient's wounds.
• Document wounds and debridement in a log or electronic medical record.
• Provide patient care in a hospital or community setting.
• Work as part of a team.
• Stabilize and support seriously injured patients.
• Train patients in post-hospital recovery programs.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
