As a Spanish-Speaking Nurse Practitioner at BlueprintMD, you will be an integral part of our mission to provide high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals, including those who prefer to communicate in Spanish. You will collaborate closely with our team of dedicated healthcare professionals to ensure that every patient receives top-notch care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver primary care services to our diverse patient population in New York State.
• Perform thorough patient assessments, make diagnoses, and develop treatment plans.
• Provide health education and counseling to patients and their families.
• Communicate fluently in both English and Spanish to guarantee patient comprehension and adherence.
• Work collaboratively with our healthcare team to enhance patient outcomes.
• Maintain meticulous patient records and documentation.

Requirements:

• Current Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in New York State (NYS).
• Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner (AGNP).
• Proficiency in both English and Spanish, enabling effective communication.
• Strong clinical skills and a commitment to compassionate care.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities.
