We are looking for a top-notch bilingual sales associate who speaks fluent Spanish and English to join our team at Family Pawn, a premier pawnshop in Central Alabama!

As a sales associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, building relationships, and promoting our products. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Engaging with customers in both English and Spanish
• Demonstrating excellent product knowledge and a deep understanding of our inventory
• Identifying customer needs and providing personalized solutions
• Ensuring that all sales transactions are accurately recorded
• Maintaining a clean and organized sales floor
• Participating in regular inventory management and restocking

We offer a competitive pay range of $14-$20 per hour, with unlimited weekly bonuses based on your individual performance.
