We're looking for a Bilingual Shift Supervisor/Assistant Manager to translate for our Spanish-speaking Team Members! You'll be working in our fast-paced, high volume restaurant and assisting with interviewing and training. Shift Supervisor runs shifts in the front-of-house or back-of-house, helps train employees, and supports the Manager in Charge for each shift.

Pay: $20 - $22/hr based on experience, skills, and education

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 or older
• Experience as a leader, preferably in a customer service or hospitality environment
• Bilingual preferred
• Basic computer and iPad competency including Word and Excel
• Must be comfortable working outside with the proper, state-mandated PPE
• Able to stand for prolonged periods (entire shift), walk, bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects, as needed
• Must be able to effectively communicate with English speaking individuals

Responsibilities:

• Leads shifts without any supervision
• Supports the senior leadership team by completing any delegated tasks
• Takes action to solve customer issues or complaints as they arise
• Communicates employee performance and policy/procedure violations to the Senior Leadership Team
• Maintains a positive working relationship and treats all reporting employees with respect while providing them with direction and feedback
• Serves as subject matter expert for all tasks for the specific area the Shift Supervisor oversees
• Responsible for inventory & facilities management
• Assists with interviewing and training employees
• Complete understanding of each key position in both the front and back of the store
• All other duties as assigned
