Tax Preparer-Bookkeeper / English & Spanish Bilingual

Bookkeeping firm established in 1993, provides Bookkeeping, Business Counseling, Tax Preparation for small business and payroll services.

We are seeking for an experienced Tax Preparer-Bookkeeper, (Bilingual- English and Spanish) with knowledge in Tax preparation and account reconciliation using Quickbooks. Candidate must have knowledge in preparing personal and simple business taxes. This position is to fill in a long-term position, as training is extensive. Opportunity to grow in the company.

Position Responsibilities/Duties/Functions/Tasks
■ Prepare tax returns for individuals or small businesses
■ Review financial records such as income statements and documentation of expenditures
■ Account Reconciliations using Quick Books
■ Strong aptitude for math or accounting
■ Strong attention to detail
■ Establish rapport with clients to build working relationships and increase retention
■ Provide exceptional customer service
■ Other duties as assigned

Position Requirements

■ English & Spanish speaking is a must
■ 2 years preparing personal and business taxes
■ 2years in the bookkeeping industry & Quickbooks Knowledge

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• QuickBooks: 1 year (Required)
• tax preparation: 1 year (Required)
