Local company is looking for an experienced, bilingual representative to join our team. The full time position requires the candidate to interact with both Spanish and English speaking customers to assist with scheduling home energy assessment appointments. The successful candidate will need to be detail-oriented, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and possess a strong resolve in order to solve customer issues on the spot.
Office is located in Newtown, CT but this will be a work from home position. Must live with in 30 mins of our office in Newtown, CT to apply.
Hours will be Tuesday - Friday 8-4pm and Saturdays 9-5pm or
Monday - Friday 8-4pm
Computer , phone and headset will be provided.
Must provide high speed internet service with a ethernet line.
You will handle inbound and outbound calls,
Making appointments and handling confirmation calls.
Our CSR's handle approx. 50-60 calls a day
Candidates must be reliable, able to multi task,
able to communicate clearly and confidently on the phone.
Must also be able to sit for long periods of time, use a headset.
Able to use google mail, chat and spreadsheets
Mhelpdesk experience a plus
References will be checked.
Candidates must be able to pass background check
