Sign-on bonus - $2,500
Responsibilities
- Screen and determine eligibility for Rapid Re-housing, work across two programs that include YPC and the Multi-Service Program, transport children in an agency van, must have a good standing driver’s license and provide case management within the community
- Ability to work with children with behavioral and emotional problems, stay calm and diffuse situations as needed
- Must work well with adults
