Job Purpose

• Ensure the Industry’s Best Customer Experience.
• Order Fulfillment Process to be accurate and thorough.
• Process cash, account, counter, and showroom sales as well as sales to assigned customers. Outside site visits might be required.
• Ensure material shipments are appropriately scheduled within terms and properly communicated with the yard, dispatch, and the customer.
• Be proficient in product knowledge for material such as fireplaces, thin/adhered stone, masonry, and hardscape products. This would also include the ability to do a material estimate/take off that appropriately matches the scope of the project.
• Be proficient to coordinate with the installation managers during the install of RR supplied products.
• Assist outside sales with customer relationships as it relates to the selection process and order fulfillment.
• Coordinate the fulfillment of back orders and special-order products with purchasing, the customer, yard, and dispatch.
• Professionally resolve conflicts associated with an order as required.
• Manage assigned customer relationships as designated by the Divisional Managers. This will require documented call reports aligned with key performance indicators. Communicate results as required.
• Complete Customer Concern Form (CCF) paperwork according to policy.
• Vigorous compliance with SOP’s, policies, procedures, and performance standards.
• Report any safety concerns to Safety Manager or supervisor. Take accountability to ensure safety procedures, training and policies are enforced.
• Maintain work area to be clean and presentable.
• Attend industry events as needed.
• Participate in Company inventory counts.
• Strictly adhere to company and OSHA policy requirements.
• Participate in technical and online training events for personal and professional development.
• Other jobs and duties as assigned.
• Understand and articulate the 4P’s and ROCKS Core Values.
• Willingness to cover other RDC locations as directed and work in the seasonal Saturday schedule.

Qualifications and Education

Highschool Diploma or equivalent required

Experience

3-years’ experience in construction industry preferred; ability to read construction documents,

Language

Basic ability to communicate, both verbally and in writing, using the English language. Must be able to speak Spanish fluently.

MS Office; I-Pad
