We are now accepting resumes for Customer Service Representatives for our agency in Fort Worth, Texas.

General responsibilities for Customer Service Representatives are but not limited to:

Manage large amounts of incoming calls-Replying to customers emails -Check and complete fax requests -Returning voicemails - Processing changes on existing customer's policies- Upselling coverages-Generating sales leads from existing customers- Taking payments-Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternative; follow up to ensure resolution

You will receive outstanding training and support and provided every resource necessary to be successful.

This experience starts with our Agents who help welcome new clients to our agency family.

1 Year of customer service and phone handling experience preferred.
