Title : Customer Service Representative

Duration : 3 Months (Contract)

Shift : 8am to 4:30pm

Description:

We have an immediate opening for an Order Processor. In this role, you will review orders, input them into our system, and process the orders to ensure the shipment is fulfilled properly and delivered on time. We are an Industrial Parts Supplier, so knowledge related to Bearings, Motors, Hydraulics, Seals and Gaskets, Adhesives and Sealants, Power Transmission is helpful.
Receives orders via mail, phone, fax, or other electronic means. Your responsibilities often include data entry, customer service, tracking orders, and ensuring the customer gets the proper item. You need computer proficiency, filing and telephone experience, and organizational skills.
Order Processor Duties and Responsibilities

• Input orders into company system and order items from vendors
• Provide information to customer regarding product queries
• Provide information to customers about order status
• Process customer orders/changes/returns according to established department policies and procedures
• Handle any issues or discrepancies with shipments
• Communicate delivery updates with customer
• Monitor inventory when necessary
• Listen, document, and help resolve conflicts with customers
• Answer questions or handle complaints from customers
• Sit for 8 hours a day

Order Processor Requirements and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Word
• Data entry experience
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to learn new things

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
