Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized solutions to customers based on unique needs and service issues by answering questions and offering assistance with the utilization of contract negotiation, closing sales, and customized packages
  • Acquire knowledge of our services, products, and sales promotions by attending company meetings, and webinars, and thoroughly reading flier/email updates
  • Open new customer accounts and input client information accurately and timely
  • Refer concerns, problems, and questions to upper-level management as necessary
  • Maintain quality service parallel to client policies and guidelines by having a positive attitude and calmly responding to customers

Qualities of a Customer Service Representative:

  • Consistently excel under pressure, and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
  • Solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to solve problems in real-time pertaining to customer needs
  • Proactivity and efficient time management skills
  • Excellent active listening skills
  • Ability to receive critical feedback pertaining to communication skills, comfortability with systems and structures, and other standards that are required to perform day-to-day tasks

Education/Experience We Are Looking For in a Customer Service Representative:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • 0-2 years of previous experience in customer service, customer support, call center, or retail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $600.00 - $1,100.00 per week

Shift:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift

Weekly day range:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability
