America’s Incredible Pizza Company is expanding rapidly and we are all fired up about recruiting energetic Event and Party Planning Professionals (an inbound sales and service call center position!) You’ll assist customers who chat and call in with questions about planning their next INCREDIBLE Birthday Party or Group Event. Expect to work with families and organizations all across the country, from the comfort of our INCREDIBLE corporate offices on E Republic Rd (Fun Fact: Did you know we started our entire brand right here in Springfield in 2002?!)

Incredible pizza was founded in 2002 and we have built our name on having fun. That means we are looking for fun people who work hard. You can earn up to $20.00 per hour working at our Incredible Call Center.

Responsibilities

• Manage large amounts of incoming call
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tool
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
• Take the extra mile to engage customers

Skills

• Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• High school degree
