General Laborer

Wilson's Turf is seeking general laborers for our turf installation company.  We install fresh turf on new residential construction in the greater Columbus area.  We are looking to bring in determined laborers from out of state to supplement our work force.  We will cover the cost of transportation for any workers who agree to join us for the season.  Workers are allowed to leave at any time, but if they leave before the contract date is met transportation home will not be covered by the company.  Additionally, affordable housing is available to rent for 50$ per week deducted from pay (this is optional).  

Our starting rate for general labor is 17$ per hour.  

Valid, insurable drivers are particular desired and subject to earn higher wages.

We do not cap Overtime!!!!

The only limit on the amount of hours available is the weather, as we are a seasonal outdoor business.  Overtime is x1.5 pay rate and kicks in at 40 hours.  It is not uncommon to work 60/70 hours per week in the summer months.  Saturdays are mandatory unless told otherwise, Sundays are available to work as well but completely optional.
