We are hiring an Inside Sales and Service Representative (ISSR) To be part of our fun, fast-paced, and team-oriented culture in Pasadena!

The responsibilities of our ISSR team include:

• Service incoming calls: Take calls and walk-in orders from local customers.
• Process quotes: Send quotes to customers and assist them with any shipment questions they might have.
• Pull orders: Help pull orders from our warehouse for same day pickup or walk-in orders.
• Customer Management: Proactively calling and emailing customers and prospects to secure an inquiry, preparing the appropriate quote, and following up to secure an order. You will also oversee entering the order into our internal system (Sage) and tracking when necessary.

What you need to apply:

• Customer Service experience or relevant experience required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Stable work history
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
• Team player attitude
