Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced, dependable, and detail-oriented Project Manager. This is a great opportunity to use your efficiency, knowledge, and problem-solving skills to help us provide superior customer service to our Malik Lighting & Sign customers.

Responsibilities Include:
· Assists the Customers with any questions, issues, problems, or requests.
· Answers customer inquiries regarding all project information, Quotes, Work Orders, Invoicing, and Scheduling.
· Promptly resolves customers’ issues professionally and escalates complex issues to the Managing Director.
· Accurately processes transactions, including quotes, work orders, returns, invoices, purchasing, inventory, scheduling, and accounts receivable.
· Obtains and communicates accurate information regarding project status and schedule dates.
· Follows function and company procedures and processes.
· Makes suggestions to improve procedures and processes.
· Effectively work with other staff and technicians and be a valued team member.
· Resolves customers’ issues professionally, quickly, and clearly.

We are looking for:

• High School diploma or equivalent required. Some college preferred.
• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in the lighting, signs, and canopies business.
• Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking Spanish and English is required. Total fluency in Spanish, English, and Hindi is preferred.
• Effective multi-lingual verbal & written communication skills.
• Demonstrated proficiency in the use of the Jobber, Jibble, and Expensify applications and ServiceNow is preferred.
• Strong computer skills; Proficient in Microsoft Office. (Ability to quickly learn specialized software related to the position.)
• Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills
• Gas station industry knowledge and experience are required.
