Quality Technician

Seeking full time Quality Technician for 1st shift.

Duties include but not limited to the following:

completing line verification at start up

complete quality checks at specified frequencies including but not limited to product weight, temperature, size, packaging, labels, lot codes, etc.

work with production to ensure Food Safety, Quality, and regulatory requirements are followed and met

complete product testing for water activity, pH, brix, viscosity, texture, appearance, flavor, and color (product specific)

train employees on proper food safety and quality procedures when necessary

assist with sanitation activities as needed

good time management skills

detail oriented and record keeping skills
