Start the New Year off right with a new career! The Charles Baum State Farm Insurance Agency is a well-established insurance agency that has been servicing the Silver Spring area for nearly 50 years. We have a huge Spanish clientele and are looking to grow even further in the new year.

We are looking for licensed salespeople that are bilingual in both English and Spanish to join our team. We offer full-benefits that include health, dental and vision insurance, vacation, sick-leave and paid time-off with a 401(K) plan for our team members. Starting salary is based upon experience and our commissions on top of the salary are very generous.
