If you are responsible, and have a strong background in planning, organizing, directing, accomplishing utility operations and maintenance functions, and are looking for a challenge, then apply to this Water Operations All City Manager (Manager 3) position.
As the All City Section Manager you will be responsible for managing the First Response Crew, Locators, as well as the Valve and Hydrant Crews within the All-City Section of the Water Operations and System Maintenance Division. The First Response Crew is staffed 24/7 and serves as first responders to any water distribution system priority call or emergency. The Valve and Hydrant Crews are responsible for all repair, maintenance, installation, and replacement of valves and hydrants in the water distribution system. The Manager will also be responsible for updating and maintaining standby and auxiliary staff rosters. This position will oversee the business processes, budget, staffing, procedures, field practices, workflow management and customer response and will participate in Water Operations Division Manager standby duties.
