Training Coordinator - 9304
Interpret work instructions and training both verbally and written in Spanish to hourly manufacturing employees on a designated shift.
Job Duties
- Translate daily start up meetings in Spanish
- Work with team leads and supervisors to train employees on processes in Spanish
- Explain quality and safety checks in Spanish
- Conducts new hire orientation in Spanish as needed
- Relays questions from Spanish speaking employees to supervision and gives response to employees in Spanish
- Complete all documents fully and accurately
- Adhere to 5S standards (e.g., maintain cleanliness of work area, etc.)
- Follow all Safety, Environmental and Quality policies and procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned
