Elementary Spanish Teacher

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the curriculum and educational standards
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters learning and growth
- Use a variety of teaching methods and resources to cater to different learning styles
- Provide individualized support and tutoring to students who may be struggling academically
- Utilize learning technology and online resources to enhance instruction and student engagement
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to coordinate activities and events
- Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback on academic performance
- Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding student progress, behavior, and any concerns
- Incorporate library services into lesson plans to promote literacy and research skills
- Proofread and provide constructive feedback on student assignments

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
- Valid teaching certification/license for elementary education
- Knowledge of Spanish at the elementary level
- Experience working with elementary school students, preferably in a classroom setting
- Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices in education
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to effectively plan, organize, and manage classroom activities
- Proficiency in using learning technology and educational software
- Passion for teaching and a commitment to fostering a love of learning in students
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for lesson planning

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $54,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
