Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Spanish teacher to join our team and help K-12 students achieve academic success. As a tutor, you will be responsible for providing one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions. You will work closely with students to identify their learning needs, create personalized lesson plans, and track their progress. The candidate must have teaching experience in the Spanish language.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions with K-12 students
  • Develop personalized lesson plans that cater to students' learning needs
  • Monitor and track students' progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly
  • Communicate with parents and teachers to provide updates on students' progress
  • Create a positive and engaging learning environment that fosters students' intellectual growth

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in education, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in tutoring K-12 students
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to create engaging lesson plans and teaching materials
  • Patient and compassionate demeanor
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • After school
  • Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Mission Viejo, CA 92692: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

  • Tutoring: 1 year (Preferred)
