About Us
Saludos Hispanos/Saludos.com is a national resource for Latino jobseekers and for employers seeking to increase diversity in their workforce. Saludos ranks #1 on Google and other major search engines using keywords such as "Hispanic Employment Service" and "Hispanic Employment Organizations." Our advertisers and employers are actively recruiting and supporting diversity and inclusion.
Many employers and organizations are searching for qualified bilingual, bicultural, and minority applicants especially those who have a degree or are pursuing higher education. Opportunities on our site run the gamut from manual labor to the executive suite.
Founded in 1967, we are one of the oldest continuously operating Hispanic organizations. We published an award-winning print magazine until 2008 and have been online since 1995. The magazine is now featured on our online platform with links, videos and turning pages. Our online magazine and job board connects the private and public sector to America’s fastest growing talent pool.
Diversity is now recognized as an important asset in our multicultural society. There are over 50 million Hispanics in the US alone, and over 500 million Spanish speakers worldwide. In the US, 13 percent of the population speaks Spanish at home, the most common non-English language spoken. The bilingual, bicultural audience is a tremendous asset for companies and organizations seeking growth and outreach.
Over the decades, we have worked with numerous government agencies to promote diversity and inclusion. Leading law enforcement agencies like the FBI, Secret Service, DEA and state and local police departments like NYPD, Seattle PD, San Diego Sheriff’s and many others have used Saludos to recruit the top bilingual talent.
Colleges, universities, hospitals and many others in the public and private sector also use our website to enhance diversity in their workforce.
We have had commendations from the White House, City of Los Angeles, and the SBA.
Over the decades, we have been proud to promote leaders, role models and success stories from Hispanic communities for our audience to know and learn from. We also feature information on colleges, scholarships and careers.
