Bilingual Customer Service Agent

Job Description - Bunn Insurance is looking to add a dynamic SPANISH SPEAKING team member to their group! Ready for a work environment that is fast-paced and fun? Then we might be the right fit!

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the day-to-day management of client accounts: including but not limited to, processing policies and endorsements, billing, certificates of insurance, auto id cards, responding to client questions
• Handling the renewal process for assigned clients: including gathering updated information, working with producers, renewal applications, rating, remarketing, reviewing and negotiating renewal pricing, preparing proposals and binders
• First report and follow up of claims

Qualifications

• Demonstrate strong customer focus and an excellent phone manner; display strong written and verbal communication skills as well as possess excellent math and reading skills to accurately perform simple calculations.
• Have the ability and tact to handle difficult customer phone calls and solve complex problems without direct supervision.
• Have a strong sense of urgency, attention to detail, organization, multi-tasking, and time management skills.
• Technology and Computer proficiency including agency management systems.
• You must be a Confident self-starter who works well independently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $42,000.00 per year
