We are seeking a friendly, and personable Bilingual Customer Service Representative who speaks both Spanish and English to join our winning team! You will be the first point of contact for our customers and the beginning of great customer service! You will be responsible for growing client loyalty by building positive relationships with them. You’ll continue our tradition of providing world-class service while assisting walk-in customers and supporting office operations.

Job duties include:

Greeting customers when they arrive
Accepting and receipting client payments
Answering multi-line telephone system and directing calls to appropriate person
Appropriately documenting conversations with clients
Processing incoming mail
Miscellaneous administrative tasks as assigned
